Feeling extremely lucky!
This week has been busy with changing the shop around to Halloween. As many models come off the wall to make room for the spooky ones, I can only admire all the wonderful stitching. We are very Lucky at The Stitching Bee to have so many talented Stitchers share their work with all of us! The Bee is such a better place because of you!

Olympic Challenge
Wow - this Olympic Challenge has been so exciting! Here are some pictures of finished pieces for the challenge!
I don't know how to insert the pictures correctly but I will learn!
JoAnn finished Haunted- Lizzie Kate bonus pattern on the mystery sample. Mona finished Summer Splender. Judi stitched a mate for her Gingerbread people! Donna was with us from Steven Point and finished the Mill Ornament! Sindy sent a picture of her beautiful Mill Hill Butterfly. Find that picture on The Stitching Bee Facebook!
Keep Stitching!

Joy in the Journey!
Little House Needlework just came out with this pattern! It is one I will really have to do someday. My friend Judi has told me to enjoy the journey as I struggle to finish Autumn of Hawk Run. This is my third Hawk Run and I have done a lot of complaining and I am not done yet! I have 2 squares left and I am struggling to finish it. Right now I am taking a break to stitch a Wedding sampler and then will get back to Hawk Run. How many of us don't get distracted by other projects. I would love to be stitching on my Lizzie Kate Mystery piece but will fight to finish that Hawk Run and enjoy the journey but you will have to listen to me complain for a little longer!

Chocolate chip cookies!
My friend Bill is in church every week by himself while is wife Eloise is at home fighting cancer. The outlook is not promising - and each week I give Bill a hug and we share a few tears, and say prayers for Eloise! So this week I'm bringing Bill a treat! Who doesn't like Chocolate chip cookies? If you have a chance say a prayer for Eloise! Thanks
